die(t)ing

I was supposed to make an update tuesday, but recently i have a lot of stuff going on in my life. 
A really sad announcement:
My diet just went standby for a week... 
Well it was going so great, but then I got ill.  And now I have got a bunch of assignments( i have nine to hand in before may 10th), which means that i'm really stressed.
The weather has been really bad, because it has rained a lot!
 - Lame, bad excuse, but i'm asian(i'm allergic to rain - haven't you guys watched any asian dramas? XD )

Rain is not good for your face .... I tend to get a breakout and sticky hair....

Who knows you best?

Yesterday I spend the evening at Anne's house. I haven't seen for months and I was so happy that she invited me over. Anne and I went to primary school together, but since we started to go to different high schools, we don't get to meet each other so often. She invited me over to try out her cupcakes and talk about old days and our recent field trips. She went to Scotland for a week and she told me it was beautiful. Just remembered she didn't show me any pictures. I'll have to visit her soon again! :b
The main topic of the night was definitely "boys". She's just like me in any possible way, besides she's truly innocent and i'm not. Since we started to "notice" boys back in school, we have always talked about how amazing it would be to have a boyfriend, but we have both changed our minds about that.
She's looking for a guy, but can't seem to find the right one, so we talked about, what kind of values does her dream guy has to have and came up with a list. Then we found out that the only guys that have shown some interest in us, are totally the opposite of what we want. "Why do i always end up with the weird ones that thinks their overarms are so interesting?" - Yeah you tell me Anne ^^
We laughed really hard about it and now my throat is pretty dry and hurts too. Conclusion: I'm sick . But I had a great night with the girl that knows me the best and it's all worth it.
We can always tell each other everything, without being judged or hold for grudges. For once I wasn't evil in someones eyes for my opinion about (certain) guys, but just honest and picky.

Spend money that i don't have. Love people that i don't love. pretend to pretend that i pretend to pretend.

Just kidding.
- I would blog... and do math ... bake a cake that i would have to throw away. use the rest of the evening to think about a great escape plan ... realize that i don't have time for it... Watch some old American series sleep with a book on my face.

Would you rather take a picture or have your picture taken?

Both. I love to take pictures of others because i can pretend that i'm a tourist. pictures of myself? I like to do it on my own  (trying2hard)

#4 - Cat stretching

week 4:

I went to my cousins confirmation last sunday and got to eat quite a lot - especially cupcakes, chocolate and other sweets and therefore I can feel that I have made almost no progress this week (I have maybe even gained in weight?!! T___T). BUT I HAVE TO STAY FOCUSED !!!! OTHERWISE I WILL LOOK LIKE SWAGRID !!! :(   -  (that's the right motivation for me! :b)
It's really difficult for me to stay away from sweets. every time i say that i pass a cake, i always end up eating double portion... even if i only eat one portion ... i still consume another one immediately!!!! T___T

Okay enough of that .... Here is this week's results. 




Progress so far:
Nike+ app: 27.49 km = I have within this week run 7.7 km (I have become faster since my average pace was about 7.30 min/km on a 3.8 km run, but now it is about 6.4-7 min/km!! :D)
NTC: 210 min = 90 min of training/workouts this week with the NTC-App.

I actually bike every day for school and since it is not "focused" training i have not counted it in as a part of my training. Try to think about it if i counted it in...
- I have biked for school every day since the winter holidays had ended and that is 18.2 km = 1 hour every day for five days. For a week that would be 91 km = 5 hours... wow, it sounds sick when i think about like this, but i haven't even noticed it before now'.. MAN I'M FEELING HEALTHY(and just two minutes ago i was whining about my cake problem) ! XD

I think that i (from next week) will start to measure myself to keep tracking my progress, because so far i have just avoided to look at myself in the mirror, the weight scale and also the measuring band ... hihi ^^
I know it can be depressing if you want "day-to-day" results and therefore it is better that you only weight and measure yourself max. once a week or even better ! - once every second week!



Just this morning I woke up really early and went out for a run before i went t school and it felt great. The sun was shining, but the temperature was about 4-5 Celsius so it was pretty chill. My feet still aches, but not as much as before and that might be because i have only run twice this week and not every second day like the week before. Besides, I have also stretched out much more than before.


Everybody knows that it is really important to stretch out your body either before or after a workout as a part of the training, because it warms up/cools down your body, prevents injuries, release tension, make you relax and prepares you for any activity afterwards.

Remember to stretch your body, when you have the opportunity. It can be in the pause, after classes, before you go to bed etc. Don't be ashamed or anything if you're in public, because it's not humiliating in any way and guys actually finds it sexy (only if your skip the "yawn-part" and don't do it as how asian parents would do it.... you know what i mean).
-  I always do it in the morning in my bed, because i love to curl my body and play around under my sheets, before i start my day. It makes me feel skinnier and more flexible, which I think is sexy, and therefore it gives me a boost of confidence ...... just till i get to see the monster, which is waiting for me, each morning in the bathroom mirror... my confi-meter goes zero ... XD

So ?  - Remember to stretch out everyone ! 
it is a curse to forget that !!

#3 - Sleep cycle

Week 3

I haven't run much the past days, because i have been lazy.  The weather has been awful and my feet hurts. I need to get a new pair of running shoes that really "fits" my duck feet, because it hurts under my feet when i run. Maybe i need a new running style ? - well i have to read on to that for next time.
- I have been craving for sweets much more this week than last week and i think it is because i'm feeling stressed again. I just started school today and there are many pages to read, papers to do and projects to start. A couple of days ago i felt like I had time for everything, but today it was made a reality that i was more busy than i thought i would be. I have to be more productive !  and get more sleep.






What motivates me right now are pictures of Victoria Secret models - The Angels - Candice's and Erin's slim, curvy and muscular body.




Even though i have problems with my feet, I still try to use other methods to get in shape.
Nike Training Club is an free app available for iPhones which has a lot of workouts that can be done everywhere (needs some space). Mostly I use the stretching guide by Shawn Johnson either before i run/workout or after and it depends if i have time for it and what time of the day it is.





I try to get myself out of my so-called semi winter depression, which have resulted in me waking up too late. Now i'm using an app called Sleep Cycle. It wakes me up in a 30 min phase(settings can be changed) that ends at the time i want to wake up. If i want to wake up by 6, the alarm phase starts at 5.30. It has a monitor that uses signals from my body to find out when i'm in my lightest sleep state, which makes it easier for me to wake up.
I place it next to my pillow - faced down - if i want to snooze, i simply knock on my iPhone.
It's quite simple and i will recommend you to read the instructions carefully to understand how it works and how to use it right for your needs. The best is that this app is also free and the alarm sound can be changed to your own music. There are a variety of settings to personalize the app, so you can get the most out of the app ;), but the bad thing is that you can't exit the app or otherwise it will end the alarm. no home screen mode :(






























































Another thing that keeps me wanting this is that i don't want to end up like Swagrid here. 
( no offense to Harry Potter fans! I love Hagrid and the other characters myself =] !)

@Kræz

About a week I told my father  that I needed a day off from "every thing". No work, no homework, no babysitting - just a day where I could spend some time with a friend and not worrying about anything. Yesterday was the day! MY DAY ! He only let me go out:
1) because i have helped him with his work without complaining
2) promised to be home before 22
3) I would clean the house before I left. 
Both my parents were out and wouldn't be back home before 5-8 and i couldn't leave my siblings home alone, so i asked my friend to come to my place and watch movie with me. We watched IDENTITY, drank some slush ice Julie made for us and ate some biscuits.  At 4 I started to get ready - and hey i'm a girl! - we like to take little longer at finding the right dress, do the makeup and of course !  sleep in the shower.... 
I haven't said anything to anyone, but I saw on Cafe Kræz' Facebookpage that they would hold a "buffet"-event open for everybody. It's because they have just introduced buffet as a course at the cafe and therefore made this "try-it-out-event", but it was a "first come, first served"-principe and therefore only limited seats available. I sent them a message ASAP with my contact information and prayed that would be lucky enough to be on the guest list. At the moment a hostess from the cafe called me, telling me i was among the lucky one to win a table for two, I was jumping around alone in a parking lot - just like a kid that was told by its parents that they would go to disneyland ;)
- I love Cafe Kræz! Even though the name says "cafe", it is also a restaurant with bar and lounges with modern furnishing, live music and standup-comedy some days. I love their ice-coffe!, their stuffed ravioli (ravioli al formaggi) and the Fish n' chips ! 

My friend and I arrived there too early(18.00) and my reservation was 18.30, so we went out to a supermarket. We played around like we were drunk and people were rolling eyes at us, but we didn't care (as long as i didn't know them personal :b ). We talked about food from the past that we can('t) find on the shelves these days. Some of us are familiar with Kinder mælkesnitte/milk-slice and often it resembles childhood, but another variant "Kinder MAXI KING" that is supposed to be "new" is actually old news. My friend and i discussed it, because he couldn't remember seeing them in the supermarket when he was younger, but i remember them clearly. They were removed for almost a decade in Denmark, but eventually came back with an annoying commercial. In the end of the commercial the speaker also says that the "KING is back". - end of that ... 
for some odd reason, I can't come to think of, I think have ADD. -.-

I felt a little bit guilty for acting like a child and leaving the store without buying anything, so I bought some chocolate with french nougat - c'est tres magnifique !




When we got our table, we ordered something to drink first, but it took us almost half an hour to pick something. I was craving for a smoothie and yet I wanted something warm to drink, because it was pretty chill walking outside to the cafe and I was still freezing. In the end I picked Chai Latte and my friend picked a Mango/passionfruit smoothie and both were DE-VI-LI-CI-OUS-LY AHH-MAZING !

From the buffet I think I tried everything, besides the meat dishes, but here's the list of food that was available(copied from their website and put into google translate)

bloated, feeling cosy and lightly dizzy we left the place, only to come back (thousands of times) again.

#2 - Easter Recap

yeah well... I'm trying to hard




I havn't posted anything since the Easter holiday started. It's not because of homeworks or my siblings taking my time, but my father. I have helped him out with work from monday to thursday (9-20 every day). Even though it's neither exhausting or hard, i chose not to blog, when I come home, since nothing has happened the last few days.


I know that my last blog entry was a little bit confusing, ambiguous and hard to comprehend, but to shorten the content and make it clearer: I ditched school a whole day (no classes thursday and friday anyway, so I actually had holiday from Wednesday).
- i was really scared that i would be caught, but eventually my little runaway turned out to be a wonderful experience^^





About my health project:
I have not run as much as last week due the awful weather that has terrorized Denmark this week. It has stormed, rained and even snowed a bit. The temperature is about -2 Celsius at nighttime and from 5-8 Celsius at daytime.

I have so far only run 3.87 km this week... Fail ... But it's easier for me to wake up early now ^^.

Thursday: Vietnamese mango salad with dried shrimps(grandpa's plate - he only likes this.... and not the salad) + Tofu.


Friday: noodles with shrimps and tofu.





"TOP 3 things I should not had done instead of doing assignments, which means i have wasted a lot of time, but did anyway"-list


1. played around with my plashes like they were alive and that they really could feel that i pulled their cheeks, trying to make them red....






 2. whining awfully  like a "5 year old girl who has to pee"every time i saw something ridiculously cute in TIGER.





3. Counted my stars and no there were not 1000 stars in that bucket, but only 972, which means 28 stars were missing...
